The organization team has hired a transfer service in order to make, the access to the Congress, easier for the attendants.

This is a service we provide as a way of taking care of the attendants during their trip to the Congress. We make the transportation to the hotel faster, comfortable and at a fare price, and with no economic benefit for the organization, that’s why we need the maximum cooperation from your side.
You must select and purchase your transfer ticket through our website with a credit card, just as you purchased you Congress ticket.

AUTOCARES ROMERO is the company that will provide the buses for the transfer, therefore, any claim or issue related with the actual bus or the route must be addressed to the company.

The scheduled buses that would not reach a minimum of passengers, will not be operated. And any passenger that booked the trip will be relocated to the next bus available.

In case you miss your bus, we will try to relocate you to the next bus available. The relocation cannot be guaranteed and there will not be any responsibility taken by the Congress organization.
IMPORTANT:
If any School or group attending the Congress is traveling together and would like to hire a transfer only for their group, please choose one person as your representative and contact us through the congress email address to organize the trip.
In this case, though we will put you in contact with the company, you will have to organize the bus with them.
