You can now proceed to register to the Congress.

The registration implies the full payment of the contribution to participate in the Congress. The amount depends on the date when you will make the registration:
PHASE I
From 07/01/2018 to 07/03/2018
210 €
PHASE II
From 08/03/2018 to 07/06/2018
230 €
PHASE III
From 08/06/2018 to 07/09/2018
250 €
PHASE IV
After 07/09/2018
270 €
The registration process will end on October 4th.
Practical information concerning the hotel booking
The hotel booking can be made for rooms, not individually. For this reason, it will be best if you are going to share a room, to do the booking together. You can also book a room on your name while you look for a roommate. Remember you have the free cancelation available up to 14 days before the Congress starts.

The organization team cannot assume the task of grouping you together in rooms, but we offer you the possibility to be part of a contact list of people looking to share rooms. If you are interested, you can contact us my email and will also have to authorize us to share your contact information with other people interested. You will then be able to contact each other directly and organize your booking together autonomously.

Even though the hotel has a large capacity for the Congress, it would be best if you book well in advance to ensure that you get a room. It is a holiday period in Spain and a very popular holiday destination. Remember you have the free cancelation available up to 14 days before the Congress starts.
